Beef & Veggie Meatballs

Suitable from 6 months (once egg and cow’s milk have been introduced separately)

These can served as a finger food - make them any shape you like, longer log shapes can be easier for babies to hold - or blended with some pasta and sauce or extra veggies.

Ingredients⁠
500g beef mince⁠
1 carrot, grated⁠
1 zucchini, grated⁠
1 cup mushrooms, roughly chopped⁠
1 onion, diced⁠
1 garlic clove, minced⁠
1 tsp dried oregano⁠
1/2 cup grated cheese⁠
1 egg⁠


Method: ⁠
1. Preheat oven to 200C⁠
2. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse briefly until mixture comes together ⁠
3. Shape mixture into small balls and place on a greased oven tray⁠
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown⁠
